I have not payed my mobile account as I'm switching over to UC. I contacted sky.access ability on thurs 16 to arrange a payment date which we reached. On Saturday the 18th my account was restricted. I am a disabled person and need this  phone working as I had came to an agreement with Kerry in that department. She said if any issues please contact her but I can't as my phones restricted
