Mr jones

I packaged my sky internet box when you guys told me too and I still get charged 65!? I demand a refund cause I haven't got the money to lend!!!!!

 

 

I will be making a complaint!!!!

You can't demand anything from other customers.

 

I presume this is a charge for non-return?  Do you have proof of posting?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You are talking to other customers here and not Sky.

 

If you have now been charged a non return fee then call Sky and give them the tracking number you have that was in the receipt when you returned the equipment.
