Moving

Good afternoon, I'm moving from the address of residence and would like to cancel the subscription from October.  But the link to the information about moving and cancelling the contract does not work on the platform. How do I do it?

Just to let you know you are not emailing Sky by posting on here.

 

To cancel your services you need to contacvt Sky and them the requited notice of 31 days for TV and 14 days for Broadband and Talk so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
