Moving to Sky from Virgin

I'm moving to Sky tomorrow for TV and broadband, will.you advise Virgin of my move date ax part of the switching process?

Hi @Cmrobinson  I'm afraid that we cannot advise anyone as we are just customers like you. I would check with Virgin once your Sky is live. In general the switching process is for broadband and home telephone only.

@Cmrobinson 

Sky should do for broadband if when signing up you let them know that Virgin is your current provider but for TV this is up to you to cancel with them.
