Hi there, I am moving out and my ex wants to takeover my contract, does anyone know what I need and how to do this please?

Sky don't/won't allow that. You will have to cancel your subscription (if Sky allow you to) and return any loaned equipment then your ex can start their own subscription and equipment will be sent out.
