Moving home

Hi all, I've currently moved home but can't change anything on my account due to it being linked to an old number I no longer have access to, I tried talking to the assistant online but wouldn't put me through to an agent. I've tried calling but couldn't get through I have awful signal.

Did you use Sky's home moving service or did you cancel then sign up as a new customer at your new address, if it was this then you need to setup a new account using either a different email address or removing the one from your old account first.
