Moving home
Hi.
I need some help.
I'm moving into my mums whilst my house is getting decorated etc..but she has her own sky.
I'm wondering if I can have a hold ( payment wise ) on my account whilst there. I am only gong to be there for a month, if that. Or do I still need to pay even though I won't be using it.
Obviously when I move back out and start using my own sky again, I'll continue payments.
Not sure how it works to be honest.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
many thanks

Re: Moving home
Sky don't allow pausing of accounts I'm afraid. You need to carry on paying as normal.

@Rusty+rivets If you're talking about a TV subscription you can, of course, continue to watch through your phone or tablet using the SkyGo app
Sky Q, 3 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!
