Moving home request not working

Discussion topic:I am trying I IMoving Home, Online form doesn't work - I go through all the different steps of providing my new address, selecting my new packages where applicable and get right to the end. Then when I click the final submit button I just get a blank screen with the tab at the top saying 'we're sorry'. I don't have any confirmation that this has been recieved and confirmed.

@kell_1996 if its not working online, i'd suggest going to this page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/home-move scrolling down and clicking "No i still need help" and it should populate a phone number to contact the Home Move team.
