If I take my sky tv with me abroad would I still be able to use it? Or would it no longer work ?

Your post has been moved from the email forum as that is not an email route to Sky but used for Sky/Yahoo email issues.
I'm afraid you won't be allowed to take Sky TV outside of the UK & Ireland as the services is only legally sold within those teritorries, you'll need to use a local providers service for your TV needs.
Please be aware if you have Sky Q you'll need to return the equipment, however if it is Sky+ HD then you can use it as a Free To Air receiver dependong on dish size and if you're in Norther Europe, you may be able to get the non encrypted channels. You won't be ble to subscribe to the Pay channels.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou cannot do so with a Sky satellite television system or a Stream puck. A Glass television set can be used as a screen for other devices, but the Sky streaming services on it will not function.
