Moving - Sky Q Hub delivery

I contacted sky and have started the move process for moving house, but when I look at "my orders" in my sky account is says a Sky Q Hub was dispatched, and shows delivered on the day it was ordered (2nd May - which is the day I did the move over webchat). TV install is scheduled and broadband activation is also scheduled for the new house

There is also a Sky Broadband Hub shown in the orders page which has not yet dispatched. Why does it say a Sky Q Hub has been sent? There has definately been no delivery?

@Nikki117

Sky Q hubs are being replaced for customers who have / had them as they won't receive security updates to the required standard by the end of the year (mine was replaced in February free of charge) so it won't be a Sky Q hub.

Thanks but it's the fact that it says it was delivered on the day it was ordered and there has been no delivery I'm asking about

I would guess that's just the way the system has been configured to pick up customers with a Sky Q Hub (or due to have one sent) and replace it with a Sky Broadband Hub, for the reasons @Daniel0210 posted. If you want an explanation from Sky, give them a call.
