Moving Home - Difficulty
Hi all,
I have been moving homes recently. I have filled in the details of my move countless times on the 'Home Move' section and it always displays the same web-page whenever I go to accept the terms and conditions of my move:
'Sorry, we're having technical difficulties'
As mentioned before I have tried this numerous times over the last 2 weeks to no avail. I pursued the customer helpline, however, the only assistance that was rendered was a text message that directed me back to the Home Move section.
I would appreciate any help that can be provided, as I am just going round in circles.

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
