Moving Home App Error

I've tried countless times to book my moving home date via the app and on PC too but every time it gets to the last page it disappears (very frustrating). Please can someone provide the correct number to call, if indeed this app feature is faulty. Please provide the full number and not just the 0333 part. Thank you.
