I phoned them to find out why mid contract my discount didnt move with me to my new house and I was told a week ago "oh it will adjust itself automatically, don't worry about it.
my future bill has increased to in the region of £90 from £61, just cos I moved house.. the discount hasn't been reapplied. If this does not sort itself out I'm cancelling all services as they have breached the contract. Has this happened to anyone else?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI doubt it will sort itself out without intervention. I believe Sky has said before that your phone contract ends when you move house. I'm not sure what is written in the Sky contract about it. I'd give Sky another call.
