Moved from BT
How can I confirm BT has been cancelled? They said i need to check with sky if they used the one touch switch

If you moved your broadband from BT to Sky then look at BT account as it should show that you do not have broadband with them anymore so does it show this ?
Just to point out that Sky can not cancel a TV service if you have this with BT as you have to do this yourself.
