Can anynone help me please.
I have moved from SkyStream to SkyQ and since then I cannot access my account services for SkyQ. I can login using my current email address but it is still showing my old Sky Stream account details and I cannot see anything to do with my SkyQ account.
I also cannot access the Sky Go App and it states I need to upgrade!
Boxsets were not working although I had the SkySignature package which includes boxsets. Mike in their technical department has helpded resolve the Boxset issue and talked me through activiating the SkyGo service via the SkyQ box. Boxsets are now working but SkyGo app is not it states I need to upgrade.
The main issue here is they still have my SkyStream account details registered against my SkyID and it needs to be registered against my SkyQ account.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
