Monthly charge

This account is for my elderly mum. She hardly uses the broadband and doesn’t use many tv channels. £61 per month seems a lot. Can it be reduced somehow?

If outside the minimum term contract its likely any discounts would have expired, so its worth phoning Sky to discuss any new deals ( which would require a new 24 month minimum term contract).

 

When you phone Sky, your mum may need to be present in the room so that she can confirm on the phone that she is happy for you to discuss/agree any deals on her behalf.
