Last month I requested to change my mobile payment date to the 1st of every month due to starting a new job with a new payment date. This was done before the cut off time for these payments to come out so should have updated on the 1st of October. My bill was showing due on the same date as it had been previously and was due on the 25th.
I checked again today and all future bills are due to come out on the same date as they were before.
I tried to update this again but it is saying I cannot update my payment date until the end of November.

Nope, not a new customer. Have been one for years now. I've changed it in the past with no issue.
The next upcoming bills for November, December and January all show the same date..
