Mobile billing unable to view online

I have tried numerous attempts following the guidance online, how to link your mobile phone account to you Sky ID account.

Response is You have this already displayed on screen.

 

I can see my mobile phone bill and other sky products on TV but I cannot see my mobile phone billing online.

I have been a sky mobile user for 4 years, WHY has this happened  now?

Can you see your mobile bill via the mobile section on the MySky app installed on your mobile ?
