Mobile bill
I upgraded 2 mobile phones and I paid both phones that was left before the due date and now this morning sky has ignored that payment and took the whole amount out of my bank and now it says I'm in credit. First of all it clearly says I paided a certain amount so why did they ignore that payment and second I need that money back in my bank now

@Kelly0509 You will have to call Sky to request the credit be refunded, be aware though it can take between 3 and 5 working days for the refund to hit your bank account.
