Mobile bill

I forgot that I set up a DD for my Sky mobile account and after it wasn't processed on the DD due date I paid my bill manually. Now today my DD has been taken which has left me in a bit of a pickle as that Extra money was for other bills. Please help

Once your Sky account shows that you're in credit, you can contact Sky and ask for a refund. It takes around 5 days.

Thank you, I've just contacted Sky and a full refund has been issued to arrive back in my account within 5 working days. Thanks again.
