Missing New Customer Welcome Gift

Hi,

I recently signed up as a new customer, and I was supposed to receive a welcome gift as part of the promotion. However, I haven’t received it yet.

 

Could you please check the status of the gift for me?

@Chi8612 you are not addressing Sky by posting in the forum. Introductory gifts are not routine so you need to check the terms of the offer you used as that should show how to claim either from the promoter or Sky themselves.

Did you sign up via a price comparison webite?

I signed up recently via Uswitch and there is a £80 voucher that needs to be claimed after 120 days...but its not paid by Sky but by a 3rd party.
