Missed payment

Hi there, I hope someone  can help me, I pay my monthly payment on 27th each month (as that's when it's due) but this month I paid on 26th but sky obviously haven't seen it so now I have a missed payment on my account and can't talk to someone to rectify this and have them remove the missed payment from my account. What do I do? Any advice would be most helpful

The chances are the payment you manual paid has gone on as a credit so what does your bill saying regarding this months bill ?

 

Do you usually pay by a direct debit because if you do and it has failed for whatever reason Sky will try again in 10 days time to take it.
