Hello.So I got a mobile bill going on and somehow I missed a payment that I paid 2 days later using another bank account because the main one that I've done the payments since the start of the contract was not working for like 1 week so I couldn't make the payment.I've ended up paying with my other bank account and since I've gained my access back to the first bank,they are still trying to get the money for the ''late payment''.Anyone have any ideas or advices?Thank you!

The manual payment you've made is for next month's bill.
