I have had yet another advisor lie on the phone about a contract! My first one was our sky tv one offering what seemed like a price she plucked from thin air to a mobile contract that becuaee there systems are down they are telling people to ring in to give verbal signatures for credit agreements after an hour of being passed from dept to dept this doesn't even exist! So now I have paid an upfront fee and they won't cancel the agreement just said to wait until after 14 days for it to auto delete! Absolute joke how are they even allowed to miss sell information and have zero consequences
