Miss I L
Hi, I am looking at my latest bill statement. I’ve been a loyal Sky customer for many years and moved my services to a new address last year.
Currently, my total monthly bill is £44.00 for the Sky Full Fibre 150 package, and I can see that my contract discount ends on 3rd November 2027.
However, £44.00 is way above the market average for a 150 Mbps connection. New Sky customers are currently getting this exact same speed for around £24–£27 a month.
I understand that I am in a fixed-term contract, but paying such a high loyalty penalty is very frustrating. I would like to stay with Sky, but I need to reduce my monthly outgoings.
Could you please check if there are any additional loyalty discounts or retention offers that can be applied to my account to bring this price down? If not, I would like to discuss downgrading to a cheaper speed, or I will have to wait for the annual price rise notification to leave Sky without penalty.
Thank you, I look forward to hearing your options."

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.
We have no deals to offer. Contact Sky to discuss but don't expect anything near a new customer deal. Those are to entice new customers to Sky. Most if not all providers do this now.
