Mis selling & billing issues

We recenty had to report a fault with our Sky, once my call finished I received a couple of emails confirming my change of package. this was news to me, as this never discussed. I have been tryng to get this situation resolved and get a refund on the rental charges. Each time I call a promise is given to resolve however nothing is being done. I did send an email and again was assured it would be resolved. My last email said we have been trying to contact you, however I have not received any email or telephone calls.  I have just sent another email now. Pulling my hair out now!

If you want to put in a complaint seeing as you seem to be getting nowhere at present then you can fill in this form.

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

Hi  thanks for replying,  have done that however still not getting anywhere far. I have sent another email I got from this team tonight as they say they have tried to contact me, however I have had no emails or telephone calls 😞

So have 8 weeks elapsed since you made an official complaint, I don't mean just an email to Sky outlining the issue?

I sent an email again last night again regarding this issue, this has been going on for 6 weeks with SKY, if I do not get a response I will refer this to CISAS.

Then as stated earlier you now need to give Sky time to respond to your complaint, at most that will be 8 weeks after which you can request the deadlock letter that will allow you to take it further.

@Sosij easy way to find out - check your bill. Compare it with a previous one to see where the £2 is coming from.
