Mis Leading Phon call
I contacted Sky in September about this issue but never received a reply. I agreed to a 24‑month contract over the phone at £44 per month, and I was not told that part of that price was a temporary one‑month discount. The price increase to £66 was unexpected and not explained.
Has anyone else had this problem

Re: Mis Leading Phon call
@A+R+S details of what you agreed to would have been confirmed to you by email.

What was the one month discount for? Presumably not everything.

Was this a free trial (usually of Sky Sports or Sky Cinema) and the price increased at the end of it because you didn't contact Sky and give 31 days notice to cancel it?
