You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up as per the T's and C's you've previously agreed to so there's no need to make a manual payment unless Sky have requested one (le: your services were restricted).

@MArt16 you can pay by manual instalments if you wish - Sky will be happy to receive your money - but as @Daniel0210 posted, you shouldn't need to as Sky require you to have a direct debit or automated card payment set up. Your manual payments won't necessarily stop or reduce your normal monthly direct debit or card payment, so be careful when you pay.

 

If you're currently in arrears, Sky won't restore your services until the whole amount of the arrears has been repaid, even if you're making manual payments to reduce the amount outstanding.
