Sky's hardware returns systems via Unipart have been broken for several years. It seems that most customers who legitimately return equipment get threatened with these charges. It's frankly ridiculous really.
You need to ring Sky back or wait for someone to escalate your post to a Sky employee on here. Do you still have a proof of posting or tracking number from when you made your return?

Just another waste of time and effort on customers part as Sky want your money but not to provide customers with help
I only had to return items as Sky made me cancel contract on property I was leaving snd ex had to set up new account
real solution would have been to tfr account of some 20 years from one name to another , but they'd rather make me return boxes snd send her new , with my 20 year loyalty also getting dumped
To have to now sort out more chit is just a pain
PLEASE ESCALATE

I sympathise. Things like this drive me mad too. I would escalate if I could... but I'm not allowed.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
