I'd like to cancel my membership

To cancel your subscription you will need to call Sky and give them 31 days notice for your TV and 14 days for Broadband and Talk.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Perhaps worth noting that Sky does not offer 'membership': its subscription services have a minimum contract length.
