It tells me at the top screen we've withdrawn service on your Skye box   To return see Sky q withdrawl

The girl was to phone me but I wasn't home

You will have to call Sky yourself so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
