Making a payment

Its showing 32 pounds in my sky account balance since 3-4 months when i add money in the account to pay my bill directly from sky balance but i can't able to from my sky balance and it keeps taking direct debits from my account i want to pay my bill through my sky balance pleaee help me do that

Your post is difficult to understand so are you saying you are seeing a credit on your account and it isn't being used against your bills ?
