We're moving house and got in touch with sky on getting there moving house portal we noticed straight away it said your house move is booked in but we hadn't given them any dates, completion date or even our new address, as much as I can gather we take our hub and puk with us ,but surely they need to know if there is any connection at our new property, which by the way there is....many thanks for any swift responses.....
