When was your last day with Sky ?
How did you cancel or if this was with broadband did you sign up to another supplier ?
What date was the money taken on ?
The reason for the questions is that bills are created 14 days in advance so if you left after this has been done then the payment will still be taken so if this is the case do you see a credit on your account ?
