Loyal Customers are worthless
I have spent the last 14 years with Sky, I have just come to the end of my TV contract, after contacting Sky I was told that there were no deals to be had, so the £22 that I have been paying(£13 discount)👍
So with that in mind I said that I was like to say goodbye to Sky. I have purchase a Sky Glass Tv, I have purchased mobile s from Sky, I have 5 members of my family that use Sky.
Then to my dismay after going through the process of leaving what do I get?
A deal for NEW customers for £22.

Re: Loyal Customers are worthless
Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers do this.
If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits available at that time.

Re: Loyal Customers are worthless
Hi @Blackhawk60 Maybe too late now for you but if any of your family members end up in a similar situation with not being offered any discounts to renew their contract they should ask to be put through to the retentions department. Their job is to try and encourage you to remain with Sky so they have more discretion in offering discounts.
