Lost sky max hub
I received a replacement sky max hub as the one I had was faulty. As it wasn't working I threw the old one away not realising it had to be returned to you.. can you advise what I need to do.

It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here, as your Community ID isn't linked to your Sky account.
I'd give Sky a call and explain what has happened. There may be a 'non-return' charge to pay, though if it was faulty, Sky might waive it.

The charge depends on what equipment you haven’t returned to us.
