Lost q box

When moving home, I was asked to return a mini sky box we had in our bedroom ( we were keeping the original house one in our new home).  I returned it. Kept the receipt as proof of postage. After this I kept receiving text messages to say to return my box or I would be charged. I then phoned to check why I was receiving these messages. The man that was on the phone told me that my parcel was received and I wouldn't be charged. Now I just checked my bills for the next couple of months and there is a charge for not returning it. I also got rid of my receipt when he told me they received it. I also can't find the log of when I rang. Do sky keep logs of these phonecall dates or conversation?

If you have an idea when the phone call was Sky will be able to listen to it. Your post has been escalated to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
