Hai All,Called sky 4 times on different occasions for my credit as refund and there was 5-7 working in between for them to process it(So more than a month wait so far).
Each and everyone,who picks up the call each time,was saying that it's all been processed and it will reach your account with in 5-7 days,but nothing really happend.
Called 5th time now and the answer is the same,but this time within 3 working days.
All these things happened while they got my all bank details which I used for DD.
What a pathetic customer service from Sky!!!

Hai,Yes I can still see the credit in my account,and there is bank details in place.

Find out moreSky's messaging team will be able to refund this for you so I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
