Live Chat opening hours

Does Sky Live Chat ever open - yesterday afternoon, the website said it opened at 20:00.  At 20:00 it then said it was open from 08:00 monday to sunday,  Trying to use it now and it just says it's unavailable.  Sky customer service is shocking.  I'm glad I'm leaving and not giving them my money 😡

I should imagine it is a popular way of contacting Sky so why not try an alternative if we can not help you on here like calling or using social media,
