I recently renewed my Sky contract and as a result I went from being a Platinum VIP member to Silver?? I have phoned and logged my issue and it is now a couple of months and nothing has been done to correct it???

This has come up before when a customer moved from satellite TV to Stream or Glass. Was that the case?
This happened to one of the other Superusers. I'm not sure if it was ever sorted

No, I have had Sky + but had moved to stream 18 months ago and that was fine, this was my most recent renewal of my stream contract
