I need something that says Final bill on it for my new service provider .

although it says £00.00

That is not enough for EE!

Sky won't customise their billing for EE, I'm afraid. Your Sky bill will show the breakdown of your charges.

It's EE's problem. As noted, Sky will not issue anything other than what's in your billing.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
