Left sky 23rd November keep getting emails saying i owe money. I was all paid up

I left sky on the 23rd November. Virgin cut the sky line so we no longer had sky. I was all paid up and cancelled my direct debit in December but I keep getting emails saying you are restricting my sky and that I owe Money.  Please can these emails be stopped. Thanks

@Helenwhite

We are customers here so you are not emailing Sky by posting here.

You might need to check with Sky if your account with them has been closed. By cancelling the direct debit if Sky owe you any money it will be sent for a cheque which can take longer that a direct debit refund.

What services did you have?  As VM can only 'cut the line'* for broadband, not TV.

If you had TV services with Sky and haven't given notice then you still have TV services with Sky.

* That's assuming OTS was working - there were some issues late last year.  If VM correctly gave Sky notice then you would have received confirmation from Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
