Late installation

We ordered a sky broadband package on 20th August and were supposed to have it installed on 2nd September. We have been since told we will be updated on 25th September as to a date for installation. If this is the case, we would like to cancel.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Youll need to contact Sky to cancel the order.

You can't cancel via here as we are customers so you will need to call Sky to do this.
