Late Payment

Hello, 

 

I have received an email saying that there was a missed payment. I have checked the billing information and it seems correct. I do not know why the bill has not come out. 

 

I  would like to not pay any fines.

When is your usual billing date? Payments won't have been processed on Friday 03/04, yesterday 04/04, today 05/04 or tomorrow 06/04.

What does your Sky billing actually show, does it show that there is an outstanding bill or does it say you are up to date ?
