Landline charges
I phoned my mobile from my landline because I had misplased it following this I have 4 itemised calls on my bill for 52p each, I haven't been charged before and I didn't even answer the phone. Has there been a change to policy.

Are the 4 numbers listed as your mobile? Did it go to voicemail perhaps?

Re: Landline charges
I have seen this on my bills recently too.
I called my sky mobile from my sky landline to help me find it. I have done this often in the past with no charges. The recent calls didn't go to voicemail and were not answered. I have raised a complaint today

Re: Landline charges
@ALLISON20 depending on your call plan then there's a 25p connection charge just for calling.
There's also a potentail 27p/minute charge. Whilst it should only start when the call is answered it's possible it could be incurred if not hung up quick enough. (25+27 = 52p as reported in the OP)

Re: Landline charges
It's a strange one
I call my mobile often to find it and havnt been charged until recently. I think I have had about 5 charges in the last 6 weeks.
I will be more careful now as to where I leave my mobile in the house so I don't have to ring it.
Thanks for your reply.

Re: Landline charges
What Sky Talk package do you have, as the pay as you talk one as the name suggests sees all calls being chargeable even those to your own mobile.

Re: Landline charges
Yes its pay as you talk. I have been on this package for years.
I dont make calls except to find my mobile at home. I only let it ring a couple of times so it is unanswered and doesn't go to voicemail.
Up till recently I have had no charges for unanswered calls even to my mobile
