Late payment of due bill and could I set up a promise to pay on the 20th

Sky has never done promises to pay so if the bill isn't paid and it is usually paid by a direct debit Sky will try again in around 10 days time. If this fails or you pay via a card instead and the bill isn't paid then your services might be restricted until it has been paid.
