Ive been charged twice for the same month

This is crazy i have to put it through this forum ive been charged twice in the same month on the 17th the next bill says its due to 8th and i cant even talk to a real person just crazy

Did you make any manual payments?

 

Have you changed the payment date?

 

Are you a new customer?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
