Has anyone else recently had a call from sky. I was called, told I was a diamond member and told they wanted to offer me more for free. It ended up being a lie. He repeatedly told me I was being given extra channels as part of my loyalty and value add for the inflationary increases. I said I didn't want to pay more for more channels and was told definitely no price increase, just more value. Then when I agreed, and asked him to state clearly on a recorded line he admitted it wasn't the case. So deceitful
