Issues with mobile data
So I can't talk to sky online so I will ask on here.
I have basically been overcharged for data for the last year. I'm paying £12 for 3GB and I've looked and for £14 I could be getting 10GB. I went on the vip rewards section and they're offering 50gb for £12 or so, how do I change to that? When I go on mobile section and change plan it gives me the standard mobile data plans and not the vip plans?

@Emzxo28 Why do you think you've been overcharged? If you took out the plan at that price then you haven't been overcharged at all.
The plans showing on the VIP section of the app will almost certainly be for new Sims and not for existing ones, you could try calling Sky to see if they can add it to your current SIM, just don't be surprised if they say no.

Ypu haven't been overchraged as you signed up to the £12 for 3GB package and now there are other offers showing. This is the way sim offers work not just with Sky but with other suppliers as well.
You can order this new 50Gb for £12 deal but it will mean paying for another sim along with the one you currently have as the offer can not be applied to the one you already have.

Re: Issues with mobile data
Not sure what you mean by that as the answers provided by myself and @daveNOS are correct no matter what you do or don't want as this is how things are done with these sims as you are paying for what you signed up for.

@Emzxo28 Your right we don't know the ins and outs, and no one forced you to post here, if you want help then maybe drop the attitude or people here will simply ignore your post and you can go back to Sky not talking to you(which isn't surprising if you conduct yourself the same with them as you have here).

Who's Trevor?
Urban Dictionary defines it as "Means 'ok, whatever you say' or 'I'm just going to agree so you shut up'".
Ie it's as beligerant as the other posts from that user.
Oh, and I pay £4 for 3GB from Lebara. I only use about 1GB of it. I haven't paid over £5/month for a mobile telephone for over 20 years.
I do not have a sig other than this message. SkyQ.

If you don't like response other users put this forum why come on here in the first place. What has been put above is perfectly true when you signed for your mobile contact with Sky that was the price available at that time which you agreed to and commuted to for the duration of you contract term. When your term ends you may find a Simlar package at cheaper price even with Sky. Unfortunately even complaining to Sky about your present price will probably get you nowhere as you have committed to pay that amount for the duration of your contract term. I should add that they Sky not the ones that reduce there price for same package that customers are paying a high price and likewise commited to pay that price for the remainder of there term. I am with Vodafone and at present in 2 year contract term for my mobile sim contract. And yes if I look at at the Vodafone web site the same deal is now £3 a month cheaper, however I not jumping up and down arguing the point that my monthly bill should be reduced to that amount because I am fully aware that the price I am paying is what it was what it was when I took out the contact and I am committed to that price with annual increases that I was also told about at the time I took out the contract until the term ends. O by the way offtern vip offer only apply to people new to subscribers that don't already subscribe to the service in the vip offer, they are offen a pay for the provider getting new customers. I found that when I tried to get the 9 months paramount plus vip offer only apply, when I went on to the paramount plus web site and tried to put in the vip code that Sky had given me. Aster loving on to my account and putting in the code, I got the message not valid to exsisting subscribers.
