You are right to be cautious by on this occasion this is a legit email as it is a follow up to a previous one you have been sent due to an issue with your Sky Sports billing so is money that Sky owe you. Others have been double checking with Sky by calling them so you could do this if you want.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
